At SleepWell Kids, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 7-day money-back guaranteeon our Pro plan. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your purchase — no questions asked.

1. Our Plans

SleepWell Kids offers two tiers: a Free Plan with a general 14-day sleep guide, and a Pro Plan ($19 one-time, no subscription) with an AI-personalized plan, personalized bedtime scripts, and 14-day daily tracking with progress reports.

2. Pro Plan Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the Pro plan:

  • Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
  • After 7 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

To request a refund, email us at support@sleepwellkids.org with the email address used for payment. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
