Our Promise

At SleepWell Kids, your satisfaction matters. Our core sleep plan is completely free, and any support payments are voluntary contributions to help us maintain and improve the service.

1. Free Service

The SleepWell Kids quiz and personalized 14-day sleep plan are provided free of charge. You can access your full sleep plan without any payment required.

2. Voluntary Support Payments

If you choose to make a voluntary support payment to help us continue developing SleepWell Kids, we deeply appreciate your contribution. These payments are:

  • Completely optional
  • A way to support ongoing development and maintenance
  • Not required to access any features

3. Refund Eligibility

Since support payments are voluntary contributions (not purchases of additional features), they are generally non-refundable.

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error due to a technical issue
  • You were charged multiple times unintentionally

For other situations, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@sleepwellkids.org with:

  • The email address used for payment
  • Date of the payment
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund will be processed according to Creem's standard procedures. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, which is standard practice across payment platforms.
