SleepWell Kids provides AI-generated personalized sleep guidance for children ages 0-6. Our service includes:
- An interactive quiz to assess your child's sleep patterns
- A personalized 14-day sleep plan generated by AI
- Daily tips and guidance for implementing the plan
3. Important Disclaimer
SleepWell Kids provides behavioral guidance only, NOT medical advice.
- Our sleep plans are for informational and educational purposes only.
- We are not licensed healthcare providers, pediatricians, or certified sleep consultants.
- Our guidance should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult your child's pediatrician before making significant changes to their sleep routine, especially if your child has health conditions.
- If your child has persistent sleep issues, medical conditions, or you have concerns about their health, please seek professional medical advice.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in the quiz
- Use your own judgment when implementing any suggestions
- Monitor your child's response to any changes and adjust accordingly
- Seek professional help if needed
- Not misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
5. Payments and Refunds
If you choose to make a voluntary support payment:
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.
- Support payments are voluntary contributions to help maintain and improve the service.
- All payment terms and refund policies are subject to Creem's terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on SleepWell Kids, including text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated plans, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your personalized sleep plan for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without permission.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our sleep plans are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or suggestions that may not be suitable for every child. Always use your parental judgment and consult professionals when in doubt.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepWell Kids and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SleepWell Kids and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
